Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Harris County, Texas (except disputes under $25,000 or injunctive relief needs).

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found invalid, it is severed and remaining terms continue. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

18. Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for violations. You must destroy all downloaded content. We are not liable for damages from termination.
