ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth A. DeConti to lead its Regulated Products Section, which includes the firm’s nationally ranked Alcohol Law Team.

For more than 25 years, DeConti has helped clients navigate all aspects of alcohol beverage and food law regulation, licensing, compliance, and promotion. Representing clients in front of state and federal courts and administrative agencies, her experience is centered on the rules, regulations, trends, and business best practices governing the marketing, sale, and consumption of malt beverages, wine, distilled spirits, and other regulated products. DeConti’s clients include major alcohol suppliers, wholesalers, national chain retailers, marketing companies, and other members of the hospitality industry.

DeConti is ranked as a leading attorney by Chambers USA for Food and Beverages: Alcohol (2011–2017, 2021–2025) and has been recognized with numerous awards for her work, including the Anthony G. Marshall Hospitality Law Award (2022) and Florida Trend’s Legal Elite Notable Women Leaders in Law (2024). She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Harvey T. Reid Scholar, and her Bachelor of Arts from Yale University. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
